Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On March 1, 2022, Wilbur Ross and Andrew McCormick each notified Taronis Fuels, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. Neither resignation was because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

 

Following the resignations of Messrs. Ross and McCormick, the Board of Directors of the Company consists of Tobias Welo, Sergey Vasnetsov, Rick Steinseifer, and Les Graff.
