On August 14, 2023, Columbia Care Inc., a British Columbia corporation (“Columbia Care”), issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K, which is incorporated into this item by reference.
