On June 15, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), Upexi, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), accepted the resignation of Anthony Bazan as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company. There were no disagreements between Mr. Bazan and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices which resulted in his resignation.
