Resignation of Guy Wall from the Board of Directors

On March 12, 2024, Guy Wall resigned as a director of Brooge Energy Limited (the “Company”). Mr. Wall’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
