Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective April 14, 2024, A. John Leussenhop resigned as President and Director of American Picture House Corp. Mr. Leussenhop’s resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company as well as President of the Company did not result from any disagreement with the Company.
