Item 8.01 Other Events.

The Colonnade Office Complex Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 3.0% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of April 1, 2019 relating to the UBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2019-C16 filed as Exhibit 4.2 to the registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on May 14, 2019 (the “UBS 2019-C16 PSA”).  Pursuant to Section 7.01(d) of the UBS 2019-C16 PSA, Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, a national banking association, was removed as special servicer of The Colonnade Office Complex Mortgage Loan and Mount Street US (Georgia) LLP (“MSUS”), a limited liability partnership registered with the Superior Court of Cobb County, Georgia, was appointed as the successor special servicer of The Colonnade Office Complex Mortgage Loan under the UBS 2019-C16 PSA.

In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of October 30, 2023, The Colonnade Office Complex Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the UBS 2019-C16 PSA, by MSUS.  The principal executive offices of MSUS are located at 2839 Paces Ferry Road, Suite 200, Atlanta, Georgia 30339 and its telephone number is (816) 787-1338.
