Subsequent Event	15. Subsequent event In February 2024, the Company completed an underwritten public offering pursuant to which it sold 21.8 million shares of its common stock, including 4.5 million shares pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares, and pre-funded warrants to purchase 12.7 million shares of its common stock, for net proceeds of approximately $179.9 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
