Explanatory Note

On April 11, 2024, Snow Lake Resources Ltd. (the "Company") distributed a meeting circular and certain other related materials to its shareholders of record as of March 15, 2024 (the "Meeting Materials") in connection with its 2024 Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 2, 2024.
