Item 8.01                   Other Events.

 

On August 6, 2019, the shareholders of HarborOne Bancorp, Inc. (“HarborOne”), the stock holding company of HarborOne Bank, voted in favor to approve the plan of conversion, whereby HarborOne Mutual Bancshares, a Massachusetts-chartered mutual holding company and HarborOne would convert and reorganize from the mutual holding company structure to the stock holding company structure.
