On April 20, 2023, AVITA Medical, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it will report its first quarter 2023 financial results after the close of the U.S. financial markets on Thursday, May 11, 2023. The press release also announced that the Company will host a conference call and webcast that day at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time (being Friday, May 12, 2023, at 6:30 a.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time) to discuss its financial results and recent business highlights. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
