Bonus description                   cash bonus award equal to $30,000 for every $25 million in gross revenues generated by the Company. With respect to the Chief Operating Officer, the Board approved a cash bonus award equal to $20,000 for every $25 million in gross revenues generated by the Company. On May 28, 2020, the Board also approved an equity bonus award for each of the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer. With respect to the Chief Executive Officer, the Board approved an award of 7,500 restricted shares of the Common Stock for every $50 million in accumulated gross revenues generated by the Company. With respect to the Chief Operating Officer, the Board approved an award of 6,250 restricted shares of the Common Stock for every $50 million in accumulated gross revenues generated by the Company.
