Related party transactions The Chairman of the Company’s board of directors is associated with Stone Sunny Isles Inc. and Stone Atlanta Estates LLC, the successor-in-interest to Stone Sunny Isles Inc., which provided consultancy services to the Company totaling $48,000 and $45,000 during the three months ended March 31 2024 and 2023, respectively.
