Related party transactions	16. Related party transactions The Company has entered into the Founder Royalty Agreements with its founders and initial investors (Note 13). No royalties have been earned or paid under the Founder Royalty Agreements to date. The Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors is associated with Stone Sunny Isles, Inc., which provided consultancy services to the Company totaling $40,000 and $0.1 million during each of the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2020, respectively, and $40,000 and $0.1 million during the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2019. The former Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors is associated with 10X Capital Inc., which provided consultancy services to the Company totaling zero during the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2020, and zero and $50,000 during each of the three and nine months ended September 30, 2019, respectively.
