Related party transactions	15. Related party transactions The Company has entered into the Founder Royalty Agreements with its founders and initial investors (Note 12). No royalties have been earned or paid under the Founder Royalty Agreements to date. The Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors is associated with Stone Sunny Isles Inc., which provided consultancy services to the Company totaling $0.1 million during each of the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2020, and zero during each of the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2019. The former Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors is associated with 10X Capital Inc., which provided consultancy services to the Company totaling zero during each of the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2020, and zero and $50,000 during the three and six months ended June 30, 2019, respectively.
