Related party transactions	15. Related party transactions The Company has entered into the Founder Royalty Agreements with its founders and initial investors (Note 12). No royalties have been earned or paid under the Founder Royalty Agreements to date. The Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors is associated with Stone Sunny Isles Inc., which provided consultancy services to the Company totaling $40,000 and zero during the three months ended March 31, 2020 and 2019, respectively. The former Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors is associated with 10X Capital Inc., which provided consultancy services to the Company totaling zero and $50,000 during the three months ended March 31, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
