Related party transactions	15. Related party transactions The Company has entered into a Founder Royalty Agreement with its founders and initial investors (Note 12). No royalties have been earned or paid under the Founder Royalty Agreement to date. The former Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors is associated with 10X Capital Inc., which provided consultancy services to the Company totaling zero and $50,000 during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2019, respectively, and $25,000 and $0.1 million during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2018, respectively.
