As a valued supplier of Romeo Power, I am pleased to share with you that Romeo Power has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Nikola.

 

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including action by Romeo Power’s shareholders and receipt of regulatory approvals. We expect this process to take approximately three months, but it could take longer and there is no certainty that the transaction will close.
