Item 8.01 Other Events.

On December 27, 2021, Celularity Inc. issued a press release announcing the receipt of Fast Track Designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, for its non-genetically modified cryopreserved human placental hematopoietic stem cell-derived natural killer cell therapy, CYNK-001, in development for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia.
