Note 9 – Related parties

As of March 31, 2023, $123.6 million including paid-in kind interest of the Company's Debentures was owed to affiliates of MGG Investment Group, which is an affiliate of a director of the Company. For the three months ended March 31, 2023 and 2022, the Company recognized $3.6 million and $3.4 million in interest expense, respectively, related to the Debentures owned by affiliates of the MGG Investment Group.
