Net Asset Value as of April 1, 2020

On March 31, 2020, the board of directors of the Company approved our Manager’s determination of the Company’s net asset value (“NAV”) share of common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Common Stock”), and the price at which the Company will continue to issue Common Stock pursuant to its offering statement qualified by the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 20, 2020, at $100.00 per share of Common Stock. Our Manager determined our NAV based on the estimated value of each of our commercial real estate assets and investments and our cash and cash equivalents available for investment and operations.
