REVENUE FROM CONTRACTS WITH CUSTOMERSThe Partnership generates revenues by charging fees on a per unit basis for gathering crude oil and natural gas, delivering and storing sourced water, and collecting, recycling and disposing of produced water.

Surface revenue, rental and real estate income and amortization of out of market leases are outside the scope of ASC Topic 606, “Revenue from Contracts with Customers.”
