Related Party Transactions	Related Party TransactionsIn June 2022 and 2021, the Company granted 15,000 and 26,572 stock options with a grant date fair value of $0.1 million and $0.5 million to partners of Third Rock Ventures who were also serving as non-employee directors on the Company's Board of Directors. Both of the non-employee directors resigned from the Company's Board of Directors in 2022. The shares of common stock subject to these options vest 25% on the first day of each calendar quarter for three quarters with the final vest date being the earlier of (i) the one-year anniversary of the grant date or (ii) the next Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The stock-based compensation expense related to these options was immaterial during the years ended December 31, 2022, and 2021.
