Cash and Cash Equivalents	3. Cash and Cash Equivalents As of September 30, 2018 and December 31, 2017, cash and cash equivalents were $257.1 million and $35.3 million, respectively. Included in cash and cash equivalents are cash in transit from payment processors for credit and debit card transactions of $3.5 million and $1.9 million as of September 30, 2018 and December 31, 2017, respectively. Restricted cash that is included within other assets as of September 30, 2018 was $168,000. Restricted cash that is included within other assets as of December 31, 2017 was nominal.
