On August 12, 2024, Arcosa issued a press release announcing its proposed offering (the “Offering”) of $600 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2032 (the “Notes”). A copy of the press release announcing the Offering is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
