Item 6.02 Change of Servicer or Trustee.

The GNL Portfolio Mortgage Loan, the 600 Vine Mortgage Loan and the Garden Multifamily Portfolio Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 6.7%, 1.8% and 1.0%, respectively, of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, are each an asset of the issuing entity and are each part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of November 1, 2017, as amended by amendment no. 1 to the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of March 31, 2021, relating to CSAIL 2017-CX10 Commercial Mortgage Trust filed as Exhibit 4.2 to the registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on April 18, 2018 (the “CSAIL 2017-CX10 PSA”).  Pursuant to Section 7.01(d) of the CSAIL 2017-CX10 PSA, CWCapital Asset Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, was removed as special servicer of the GNL Portfolio Mortgage Loan, the 600 Vine Mortgage Loan and the Garden Multifamily Portfolio Mortgage Loan and LNR Partners, LLC (“LNR”), a Florida limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the GNL Portfolio Mortgage Loan, the 600 Vine Mortgage Loan and the Garden Multifamily Portfolio Mortgage Loan under the CSAIL 2017-CX10 PSA.

This Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of June 24, 2022, the GNL Portfolio Mortgage Loan, the 600 Vine Mortgage Loan and the Garden Multifamily Portfolio Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the CSAIL 2017-CX10 PSA, by LNR.  The principal executive offices of LNR are located at 2340 Collins Avenue, Suite 700, Miami Beach, Florida 33139 and its telephone number is (305) 695-5600.
