Note 6 – Note Payable

Notes payable at June 30, 2024 and December 31, 2023 were comprised of the following:

During the quarter, the Company issued promissory notes (the “Notes”) to certain lenders (the “Lenders”) in the aggregate principal amount of $1,400,000 (the “Principal”), for an aggregate purchase price from the Lenders of $1,000,000.
