On March 15, 2022, Joseph Todisco, Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer – Specialty for Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of his decision to step down from his role to pursue another opportunity outside of the Company. Mr. Todisco will remain with the Company for a transition period expected to last through May 15, 2022.
