Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 16, 2020 the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”), upon recommendation of the Compensation Committee of the Board, approved the 2021 cash compensation arrangements for Chirag Patel, the Company’s President and Co-Chief Executive Officer, and Chintu Patel, the Company’s Co-Chief Executive Officer. Under such approval, each of Chirag Patel and Chintu Patel will be entitled to the following 2021 cash compensation effective as of January 1, 2021: (i) a base salary of $750,000, and (ii) a target annual cash bonus of 100% of base salary in accordance with the terms of the Company’s annual cash incentive program.
