OTHER BENEFITS	NOTE 14—OTHER BENEFITS The Company has adopted a defined contribution 401(k) savings plan (the “401(k) plan”) covering all U.S. employees. Participants may elect to defer a percentage of their pretax or after-tax compensation to the 401(k) plan, subject to defined limitations. The plan allows for a discretionary match by the Company. The Company made no matching contributions to the plan during the three months ended March 31, 2023 and 2022. The Company has established a retirement program for employees of our Danish subsidiary pursuant to which all such employees can contribute an amount at their election from their base compensation and may receive contributions from our Danish subsidiary. The Danish subsidiary made no contributions during the three months ended March 31, 2023 and 2022. In addition, health insurance benefits for our Danish employees are fully paid for by such employees. Our Danish subsidiary does not incur any costs for these health insurance benefits.
