The grant vests as follows: 1/16th of the total RSUs will vest on each successive Scheduled Vesting Date following the Date of Grant, with a "Scheduled Vesting Date" being September 1, December 1, March 1 and June 1 of the applicable year, provided the reporting person is continuously employed through such date as applicable, with the first 1/16th of the RSUs vesting on September 1, 2022 and the final 1/16th of the RSUs vesting on September 1, 2026.
