Each of the Reporting Persons is a member of a Section 13(d) group. Each of the Reporting Persons disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities reported herein except to the extent of his or its pecuniary interest therein. DA32 Sponsor LLC ("Sponsor") purchased 650,000 private placement shares of the Issuer directly from the Issuer for $10.00 per share, concurrently with the Issuer's initial public offering.
