HeadHunter Group PLC Announces Interim Dividend Payment

MOSCOW, Russia, January 13, 2022 – HeadHunter Group PLC (Nasdaq: HHR, MOEX: HHRU) (“HeadHunter” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company's Board of Directors has approved the distribution of an interim dividend (the “Dividend”) of $0.84 per share.

The Dividend record date is January 24, 2022 and the Dividend is payable on or before February 10, 2022.
