Item 6.02 Change of Servicer or Trustee.

The General Motors Building Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 6.8% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the trust and servicing agreement, dated as of June 9, 2017 relating to the BXP Trust 2017-GM filed as Exhibit 4.3 to the registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on November 30, 2017 (the “BXP 2017-GM TSA”).  Pursuant to Section 7.1(e) of the BXP 2017-GM TSA, AEGON USA Realty Advisors, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company, was removed as special servicer of the General Motors Building Mortgage Loan and Argentic Services Company LP (“ASC”), a Delaware limited partnership, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the General Motors Building Mortgage Loan under the BXP 2017-GM TSA.

This Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of July 26, 2021, the General Motors Building Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the BXP 2017-GM TSA, by ASC.  ASC maintains its principal special servicing office at 500 North Central Expressway, Suite 261, Plano, Texas 75074 and its telephone number is 469-609-2000.
