Commitments and Contingences	10. Commitments and Contingences Litigation In connection with the Merger, seven putative class action lawsuits have been filed against the Company, its directors, Adicet, and Merger Sub, of which one has already been dismissed. The lawsuits generally allege that the Company’s proxy statement/prospectus/information statement filed with the SEC on June 23, 2020 misrepresents and/or omits certain purportedly material information relating to financial projections, analysis performed by JMP, past engagements of JMP, and the process leading up to the execution of the Merger Agreement. The lawsuits seek, among other things: an injunction enjoining consummation of the Merger, costs of the action, including plaintiff’s attorneys’ fees and experts’ fees, declaratory relief, and any other relief the court may deem just and proper. The Company believes the lawsuits to be without merit and plans to seek dismissal.
