DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS;

 

On December 2, 2024, Karen Hernandez resigned as Chief Financial Officer by electing to leave early and not renew her employment agreement with the company. There was no disagreement between Ms. Hernandez and company’s policies, procedures and its business operations.
