UNAUDITED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE THREE AND SIX-MONTH PERIOD ENDED June 30, 2023 AND 2022

This report of foreign private issuer on Form 6-K (this “Form 6-K”) is being filed by Corporación América Airports S.A. (“CAAP” or the “Company”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Company is filing this report on Form 6-K for the purpose of filing a copy of the Company’s unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial statements for the three and six-month period ended June 30, 2023 and 2022 (the “Consolidated Interim Financial Statements”) as Exhibit 99.1. The Consolidated Interim Financial Statements are presented in U.S. Dollars and prepared in accordance with IAS 34, “Interim Financial Reporting”. These Consolidated Interim Financial Statements should be read in conjunction with the Company’s audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022, which have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards of the International Accounting Standards Board and the interpretations of the International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee.
