On May 7, 2021, Ensysce Biosciences, Inc. (“Ensysce”) issued a press release announcing Ensysce’s participation in a conference in which it will make a presentation concerning nafamostats, delivery to airways, for the purpose of inhibiting SARS-CoV..
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated herein by reference.
