Representatives of Kinder Morgan, Inc. (“KMI”), which owns an approximately 70 percent interest in Kinder Morgan Canada Limited (“KML”), intend to participate in investor meetings on Wednesday and Thursday, September 5-6, 2018 in London and Switzerland to discuss the business and affairs of KMI. In addition, representatives of KMI intend to participate in investor meetings at the Barclays Energy CEO Conference on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 in New York, New York to discuss the business and affairs of KMI.
