VTR Finance N.V. (VTR Finance) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty Latin America Ltd. (Liberty Latin America). On March 28, 2022, the financial report of VTR Finance for the year ended December 31, 2021 was made available under the investor relations section of the Liberty Latin America website (www.lla.com).
