Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 13, 2020, Kenneth Rice informed Hoth Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will be resigning from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) effective as of September 30, 2020. Mr. Rice’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, the Company’s management or the Board.
