Beginning on January 7, 2021, Krystal Biotech, Inc. (the “Company”) plans to make a series of presentations to investors and other parties (the “Corporate Presentation”) a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The Company expects to use the Corporate Presentation from time to time thereafter in connection with presentations to potential investors, industry analysts and others.
