On July 26, 2019, Capitol Investment Corp. IV (the “Company”) issued a joint press release with Nesco Holdings I, Inc. (“Nesco”) announcing the pricing of a $475 million offering of Senior Secured Second Lien Notes. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
