Item 7. Departure of Certain Officers

 

Following a nation-wide search, Iroquois Valley Farmland REIT, PBC (the “Company”) has appointed William Stoddart as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 11, 2022.

 

As of that same date, Andy Ambriole stepped down as Interim CEO. Mr. Ambriole will remain on the Company’s Board of Directors and will remain a senior employee of the Company. He is expected to play an active role in the Company, particularly supporting Mr. Stoddart’s transition.
