| Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities |
On January 16, 2024, SecureTech Innovations, Inc. (“SecureTech”) Board of Directors canceled 1,795,774 shares of its outstanding common stock, $0.001 par value, held by one shareholder. These shares were canceled pursuant to SecureTech’s ongoing Share Reduction Plan.
As of January 18, 2024, SecureTech had 78,066,881 shares of its common stock issued and outstanding.
