As of September 30, 2022, the Company reviewed its investment portfolio to assess whether the unrealized losses on its available-for-sale investments were temporary. In determining whether the decline in fair value of these securities was temporary, the Company evaluated whether it intended to sell the security and whether it was more likely than not that the Company would be required to sell the security before recovering its amortized cost basis. There have been no impairments of the Company’s assets measured and carried at fair value during the nine months ended September 30, 2022 and the year ended December 31, 2021.
