BENEFIT PLANS	BENEFIT PLANSIn 2018 the Company established a Simplified Employee Pension (“SEP”) defined-contribution savings plan. This plan covers substantially all employees who meet minimum age and service requirements. The Company provides contributions of 6% of each participant’s salary. Employees are immediately and fully vested in the Company’s contribution. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, the Company contributed $161, $428, $64 and $125 to the plan, respectively.
