Today, we announced that Cision has entered into an agreement to be acquired by an affiliate of investment funds sponsored by Platinum Equity (“Platinum Equity”), pursuant to a merger transaction. Subject to the terms and conditions of the merger agreement, once this transaction is complete, Cision will be a private company.
