Item 2.02                          Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 30, 2019, Gardner Denver Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of the Company’s operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2019. In connection with the press release, the Company held a telephone conference call that was webcast on April 30, 2019. Presentation slides referenced during the conference call were available on the Company’s website for viewing by call participants. The full text of the press release, a transcript of the telephone conference call and the presentation slides referenced during the conference call are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
