Related-Party Transactions	Related-Party TransactionsThe Company received consulting services from, and paid fees to, one of its co-founders who is not an employee but serves as a member of the Board. The Company paid $50 in each of the six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019 in connection with these consulting services and these amounts are recognized as an expense in the accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated statement of operations.
