Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 6, 2019, Xynomic Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company, in collaboration with Janssen R&D, LLC (“Janssen”), has dosed the first patient in a Phase 1/2 trial that combines abexinostat with ibrutinib against relapsed/refractory mantel cell lymphoma or relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
